Jeff and Carol England are the co-founders of The International Projects Fund. They are also business partners: Jeff is the President of Jeff England and Associates, Inc., and Carol is the CFO. Jeff is a long-time Rotarian, with a major focus on international projects. The projects include bio-sand water filters for families and schools, handwashing stations, flush toilets, classroom space, and literacy education, with the recipients being people living in the Dominican Republic. Carol is the founder of Transforming Education: One Scarf at a Time and the co-founder of The Primavera Project.

Prior to establishing Jeff England and Associates, Inc., Jeff worked as a civil engineer both in the US and abroad.

Carol was an educator, teaching for 32 years, with experience ranging from pre-school communicatively handicapped students to adjunct faculty at SSU.

Jeff and Carol have 3 daughters and 5 grandchildren. They currently reside in Petaluma, CA.

Lon and Sandy Golnick are the founders and co-owners of RelationshipByDesign. They have been creating, designing, producing and leading seminars and workshops to transform relationships and families since 2003. Their book, Relationship: The Real Deal, which illuminates the fundamental nature and design of all human relationships, was published in 2019.

Prior to establishing their current enterprise, Sandy and Lon worked in the field of personal transformation. Before that, Sandy was an educator and Lon an aerospace engineer.

Sandy and Lon have two daughters and six grandchildren, ages 18 to 25. They currently reside in Carlsbad, California.

Debbie Sachariason is an educator and master teacher, with 28 years of experience. Her focus has been at the early elementary level. She uses her creative skills as well as her compassion and love for children to provide a high-quality education for her students. She works closely with members of her team, in a Spanish Immersion Program, educating students in English and Spanish.

Her life is about contribution where she brings that commitment to the International Projects Fund, making a difference around the world.

Debbie lives in La Mesa, California, with her daughter Grace, and her husband Timm. She is committed to her family and loves spending time with them.
